Sunday Breakfast (cheat day)



Chicken mince 
Spinach leaves
Coriander
Bacon 
Butter
Cheddar cheese 
Soya sauce 
Salt 
Base (parata, tortilla) 



In a pan add the chicken mince, coriander, butter, some salt, water and soya sauce and heat. 


Let the water evaporate. 







Set aside the chicken mince and add fry the bacon. No need to add any extra oil. 



Fry the base which can be a parata, tortilla  and add some butter. 




Roll. 

Serve with a hot cup of coffee.
